There is no hardware on our bras, they are all step-in/pullover design so there is not even a chance of any abrasion.
Guide to Bra Measurements
1. Find Under Bust Size

A. For best results, have someone else measure you. With a regular bra on and clothes off, measure below bust and shoulder blades.
B. If that measurement is an odd number, add 5″ to determine the under bust size. If that measurement is an even number, add 4″ to determine the under bust size.
EXAMPLE: If you measure 31″ by tape measure, add 5″ and size = 36″
EXAMPLE: If you measure 32″ by tape measure, add 4″ and size = 36″
2. Find Cup Size A. With a regular bra on and clothes off, measure around the fullest part of the bust (around the back and across the nipples).

B. Subtract the Under Bust size from this new measurement.
If that difference is 1″ then you are an A cup
If that difference is 2″ then you are a B cup
If that difference is 3″ then you are a C cup
If that difference is 4″ then you are a D cup
If that difference is 5″ then you are a DD cup
EXAMPLE: 37″ fullest part of bust minus 36″ under bust measurement is 1″difference, so the bra size is 36A.
